What's your pace?

You know, as we move through life, many of us find ourselves with much to do. In my experience, it seems like I have more and more to do, and less time to do it! I often hear the same complaint from friends and co-workers, and we struggle to get time that we need for ourselves. It feels to many of us that we are in a series of sprints, one after the other, day after day, with little time to refresh in between races. Does this sound familiar to you? Are you also on the sprinting track, or have you found ways to move through life as though running a marathon? Those running a marathon have been able to keep a steady, consistent pace through life, and are busy without the likelihood of burnout the sprinters face. Let's hear from the successful marathon runners out there, moving through life consistently. What do you do to maintain yourself in hectic times? I think we can all use the tips of someone who has useful skills in self-maintenance. Help us out!
